Biography
Shea Brennan is a MA student interested in the relationship between religion, reproduction, science, and the body. She hopes to investigate how varied sources from natural histories to legal texts digest and reflect religious belief, specifically as they relate to creating idealizations of women, the body, and society starting in the world of late antiquity.
